<Jlgs> The dentist should provide as much information as possible to select the prosthesis's color and shade so that the dental technician can reproduce it in the dental laboratory.
Among various methods, such as dividing the outer surface of the prosthesis into 9 parts (or 3 parts) and drawing them in detail, I prefer to take photos of several shade guides near the target tooth in the oral cavity and deliver them to the dental technician.
This is so that the dental technician can see the difference in color and shade between each other under the same conditions regardless of which camera is used and under which lighting.
