A cover screw was screwed down.
The intraoral photo was taken after 2 weeks of waiting.
The site was almost covered by soft tissue.
Old implant
A trephine was used to remove the alveolar bone around the implant.
The Implant Removal kit did not seem useful when the implant in the mandible was fully osseointegrated.
After removing the surrounding bone with a high-speed bur. the elevator was used just like tooth extraction
