65-year-old female patient


  1. pre-op panoramic radiograph



  2. Intra-oral view after removal of old crown. It seemed hopeless.



  3. Tooth extraction.



  4. ARUM implant system surgery kit



  5. Serial drilling was given.

  8. The implant is in the final position.


  9. The Direction-Pin was screwed into the fixture to verify the 3-dimensional position.

  11. A healing abutment inserted in the collagen membrane was connected to the fixture.

  14. After the ISQ reading, the healing abutment was engaged again.
