1. Wisdom tooth and the 2nd molar was extracted a couple of months ago.
2, Residual root is observed in place of the implant.
3. CBCT shows the root rest.
3. The root remnant was removed at the 2nd molar area on the right side, and site preparation was performed.
4. Implant was placed (Arum-Dentistry Co. NB Ø5/L8.5mm, 40Ncm).
5. GBR tried to fill the gap between the fixture and the extraction socket. (xeno-graft material).
6. The GBR site was covered with an absorbable collagen membrane.
7. suture.
8. CBCT scan image.
9. 2 weeks after healing abutment engagement.
10. SQ measurement with Osstell IDX®.
11. ISQ value.
12. Customized abutment and crown(zirconia) from the dental lab..
13. Intraoral photo on the day the prosthesis is completed.
14. Adjustment of the implant support crown.
15. Final cementation and the access hole was filled with composite resin.
16. Panoramic radiograph after completion.
