severe pain on the first molars. dull pain on the second molar.
Root fracture of the second molar. Crack migrated along the buccal groove to the root furcation on the first molar.
CGF was prepared and used instead of saline when hydrating the graft material in GBR.
Two implants were placed and sutured. An open membrane technique was used instead of attempting an undermining incision for a primary closure in which the tissue was sufficiently closed after GBR.

Post-op 12 weeks. Healing Abutments of an appropriate size for the current gingival situation were connected to the fixtures.

Since the interdental space was not secured, it was requested to the laboratory.
As requested, contouring was performed again with the interdental space secured.

post-op almost 7 years.
Occlusal abrasion due to 7 years of use was observed. And ceramic chipping was also observed in the distal area.
