Hydration of the implant surface was performed by CGF.
The implant is ready to be inserted. Hiossen(=Osstem) TSIII Ø4.5*L10'
The implant was placed.
Remove the alveolar bone around the top of the implant that interferes with the HA connection using a bur.
Healing abutment connection.
GBR (FDBA, cortical)
Absorbable collagen membrane. (Lyoplant®)
Suture.
After suturing, unscrew the previously connected HA carefully, insert the CGF, and connected again.
CBCT after implant surgery.
2 weeks post-op,
10weeks post-op.
10 weeks post-op. Impression taking. A Periapical radiograph was taken to verify the secure connection.
PFM crown from the lab.

Implant-supported crown delivery.
