It can be very usefully used for making surgical guides (stents) by duplicating used dentures. Also duplicated old dentures can be used as an impression tray. <CJkkt>

  Alginate was ready.



 Mix alginate and fill one side of the denture duplicator



 After flattening the alginate evenly, place the denture so that half of it is submerged.



 Mix alginate and fill the other side of the denture duplicator. 






 Tighten the screw to bring the two parts together.



 Open the two parts after the set time has elapsed.



 Remove the denture from the denture duplicator

 Sprinkle resin powder on the alginate impression surface. After that, sprinkle the resin liquid little by little Do this until the powder is sufficiently wetted with the liquid.



 Mount it again. Tighten the screws so that both parts are tight.



 Soak in cold water
